Your blog post mentioned that you did not have a good time at the race... If your legs felt strong, where do you think the problem was? Was it the pacing of the thing? I just read that post first and was hoping it wasn't because your legs were tired from the extra strain.
congrats on 2nd :). Ill say it was b/c of the sweet leg workouts.
