  3. I thought you had 25's on and then added 10's... Maybe I'm wrong there.. well, the bar is 45, so just remember what you put on the sides!

    I'd say the run is more crazy afterwards. I can hardly walk right after I do legs, so I can't fathom running 3 miles later.
