6/16- on the run

I'm going to mix my workouts in with Alan's. We'll probably have to work on some details, but I'm hoping this will be motivating.

5-ish miles in 38 minutes. 1 twisted ankle
3 sets of 15 shrugs and curls with 15 lbs.
3 sets of 30 seconds each side planks

    I'm hoping this will be good; you'll make me feel bad about my cardio, and I'll make you feel bad about your strength training. Sound like fun?
